Rate override option helps your customer to checkout with ease while their address could not be validated by google maps.

For customers who are facing difficulties in checking out with address verification by google maps, you can create a separate  rate override with their address as shown below.

Step 1. Click on Rate override in our app.

Step 2.

• Under overrides enter override name.
• Link the location you want to create the override for.
• Enable the override

Enter the customer’s address whose address is not validated or facing issues with verification by google maps.

You can create two types of delivery rates in the overrides.

1. Enable delivery rate override.
2. Enable distance override.

Enable delivery rate override.

You can create a flat delivery rate for the delivery address that you have created in the overrides as shown below.

You can create a rate based upon the distance between your location and the delivery address as shown below.
