Sync opened old store orders to apps that were created before the app was installed.

Go to Settings - > Sync old orders button.

Filter the order types based upon your requirement.

Sync order status

Go to Settings - > Disable/Enable Sync Completed status with Shopify fulfilled status

Where the order tickets moved to completed status will be automatically fulfilled.
